As for the corporate development needs, our companyname has changed from “Jiangsu Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd.” to“Jiangsu Watts Energy & Engineering Co., Ltd.” since May 5th,2019. From now on, all the company's internal & external documents,materials, invoice, account number, tax number etc. shall use the new company name.
The business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged, the original signed contract continues to be valid, and the original business relationship and service commitment remain unchanged.
