On September 10, 2015, the opening ceremony of Shanghai Cryolobe Gas Engineering Co., Ltd. and Watts Offshore & Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is grandly held at Shanghai Watts Gallop Building.

Mr. Wang Shizhong, the Chairman of Watts Gallop Group, Jiangsu Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Cryolobe Gas Engineering Co., Ltd. said that the current global development trend of clean energy in the world and energy structure, as well as the support of the national “China manufacturing 2025" strategy for the Offshore Engineering and ship manufacturing are both the opportunities and challenges for the two companies. Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. is focused on developing and manufacturing the gas transport ship and special ocean engineering equipments. As the core component of Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai Cryolobe Gas Engineering Co., Ltd. has industry leading design and development capabilities in fields of liquid tank, liquid cargo system and offshore module. Formerly known as Nantong Watts Gallop Shipyard Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in September 2008. In 2014, the Company's original shareholder, Shanghai Watts Gallop Holding Group Co., Ltd. and JHW Company signed an Equity cooperation agreement; through joint investment of both parties, the purpose is to build Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd. as the manufacturing base of large special gas equipments. The new companies established on that day are its Shanghai Branch and Cryolobe Gas Engineering Co., Ltd which is invested by Watts Offshore & Engineering Co., Ltd and JHW.
